Description
The Project Manager leads electrical engineering projects for building services installations, including modern office buildings and sustainable renovations, from technical coordination through handover. The role manages the project team, quality, schedule, budget, client and subcontractor communication, risk identification, and project administration, and requires an MBO 4/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, several years of relevant experience, Dutch communication skills, and strong project-management abilities. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,500–€5,500, 38 days off per year, a company car, profit sharing, and a pension plan.
