The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary liaison and corporate representative for all project stakeholders, overseeing the entire project lifecycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management, and safety. This role involves managing project financials, coordinating with various teams, conducting constructability reviews, and ensuring timely project closure.
