CM&B is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead construction projects through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services. The role manages project teams, schedules, resources, contracts, permits, safety, cost estimates, cash flow, and subcontractor deliverables. Candidates need a B.S. in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction experience, knowledge of Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and time-management skills. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, flexible spending, paid time off, and an on-site fitness center, with a salary of $105,000–$185,000.
