Description
ConsultNet is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Commercial to lead commercial construction projects from award through final completion. The role oversees project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, documentation, closeout, client relationships, change orders, subcontractor coordination, and project-team leadership. Projects typically range from $1M to $20M and are located throughout Central and Southern Ohio. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of commercial construction project management experience, along with knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, safety standards, and construction management software.
