Description
The Scrum Master assists with project planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and project metrics while facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. The role also tracks sprint metrics, removes impediments, and coaches the team in Agile/Scrum best practices. It requires at least four years of project management or related experience, with Agile/Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification preferred. The position is based at the company headquarters in Milpitas, California, with a starting base pay of $50–$60 per hour.
