Cruz Associates Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to lead and coordinate government and commercial projects from initiation through completion at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in Oklahoma. The role covers project planning, scheduling, resource and budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, documentation, change requests, subcontractor coordination, and contract compliance. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, have at least three years of project management experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
