Cushing Terrell is hiring a Project Manager to lead retail design project delivery, coordinate architects, engineers, and client stakeholders, manage multidisciplinary teams and project portfolios, oversee budgets and profitability, and improve operational workflows. The role also supervises Project Coordinators, supports client relationships and business development, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field plus 15+ years of relevant design delivery or program management experience. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
