Description
Dacon is hiring a Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of medium- and high-voltage electrical construction projects, including substations and power systems. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages clients, schedules, budgets, change orders, procurement, safety, quality, and project financial performance, while also contributing to bid estimates and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant electrical construction project management experience, experience managing $2M to $20M+ projects, and proficiency with scheduling and construction-management tools.
