Dashiell is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the development, planning, execution, and monitoring of turnkey construction projects involving high-voltage electrical substations, transmission lines, and distribution lines. The role manages project cost, schedule, safety, quality, completion, purchasing coordination, multiple project teams, cash flow, billing, change orders, progress reports, and project conflicts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering or equivalent, 10 years of experience in substation, transmission-line design, construction, or operations, and the ability to travel to project sites and occasionally overnight for training or meetings.
