Description
The Project Manager supports the daily management and execution of construction projects, overseeing safety, quality, cost, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration. The role prepares estimates, scopes, schedules, and project status reports; coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, and project closeout activities; manages construction systems and materials; and leads project meetings and audits. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience, at least four years of construction experience, general contracting experience, project management and scheduling software experience, and sustainable building experience. The position offers a base salary of $105,000 to $140,000 and employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
