DCOH is hiring a Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of commercial construction projects from award through handover in Victoria. The role oversees programme, budget, quality, safety, subcontractor and supplier performance, stakeholder relationships, documentation, claims, commissioning, defect rectification and project close-out. Applicants need a relevant diploma or degree, commercial construction project management experience, construction and contract knowledge, team leadership ability, project management software proficiency, a White Card and an Australian driver's licence.
