Description
The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end WMS, TMS, and related infrastructure IT projects from planning through implementation and stabilization, taking final delivery responsibility. The role manages stakeholders across customers, operations, global IT teams, and external vendors; establishes project governance; controls risks and issues; selects, manages, and evaluates vendors; and translates business requirements into IT solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen competitiveness. The position requires native Japanese and business-level English, at least eight years of IT project management experience, strong stakeholder and vendor-management capabilities, risk-control skills, systems-introduction technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership.
