Description
The Project Manager will lead planning, scheduling, controlling, reporting, governance, risk management, performance review, and continuous improvement for strategic, high-impact, high-risk projects. The role manages stakeholders and executives, coaches project and sector teams, and applies waterfall and agile methodologies. It requires at least five years of project or program management leadership experience, experience with large complex projects, change management, cross-country multicultural team leadership, and Japanese and English business-level skills; supply chain logistics, DMAIC, customer engagement, and PMP qualifications are desirable.
