DHL IT Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives for DHL Express. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, integration, and data platforms; manages scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, timelines, change, and documentation; and supports the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment and post-implementation support. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience, including leadership of complex IT-enabled change initiatives, strong stakeholder and negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and familiarity with Agile, predictive, SDLC, and project management tools.
