Dr. Squatch is hiring a Project Manager (Commercialization Manager) to lead large-scale product launches and manage the commercialization process across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Financial Operations. The role will develop and scale launch processes, coordinate cross-functional timelines and meetings, identify process gaps, hold teams accountable, and build the Commercialization function. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Marina Del Rey, California, with a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
