Description
The Project Manager oversees one or more construction projects from advertisement and estimating through construction and final completion, managing safety, quality, schedule, coordination, profitability, progress, commercial matters, change orders, cost control, subcontractor and vendor relations, and client and corporate reporting. The role requires at least 10 years of experience, preferably in heavy highway civil construction, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or similar degree, and a strong technical and analytical construction background. Preferred software experience includes HeavyJob, HeavyBid, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and Fieldwire. Compensation is $130,000–$180,000 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
