DS Smith is hiring a CAPEX Project Manager for its Retail Marketing team at the Ely site. The role owns the full lifecycle of capital investment projects, from concept and business case through installation, commissioning, snagging, handover and post-project review. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk and change control, procurement, stakeholder and supplier management, compliance, reporting, and delivering projects safely, efficiently and within commercial objectives. The position requires proven experience delivering CAPEX or capital investment projects, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a live manufacturing environment.
