Earnix is hiring a Senior Project Manager to serve as the primary client and project coordinator across multiple concurrent professional-services projects. The role owns project planning, scope, schedules, Gantt charts, resource allocation, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, customer satisfaction, and delivery of software projects in the fintech or insurtech industry. Candidates need 5–7+ years of enterprise software project-management experience, a technical bachelor's or master's degree, experience with Agile and waterfall environments, and strong leadership and communication skills. The salary range is $155,000–$175,000.
