Description
Eaton is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, cross-functional coordination, equipment procurement and installation, and production ramp-up. The role also supports continuous improvement and communicates project expectations with customers, business units, and global stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant engineering or project-management field, at least five years of project-management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems.
