The role manages technical and administrative documents, project teams, schedules, contracts, claims, permits, subcontractors, safety programs, and client relationships, while mentoring junior staff and leading innovative solutions. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of construction project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and eligibility for Secret Level Security Clearance. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$175,000 plus benefits including employer-paid health and dental coverage.
