Description
Roadtex Warehouse Services is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across operations, client service, technology, finance, quality, and other support functions while running the division's project management office. The role is roughly two-thirds program delivery and one-third PMO governance, covering client implementations, warehouse and repack operations, systems, facilities, business transformation, food safety, quality, regulatory requirements, risk management, benefits tracking, and portfolio reporting. It requires 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership, including 3+ years in a third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment environment, with food-grade or cold-chain experience preferred. The position spans office and warehouse environments, requires GMP, food safety, and PPE compliance, and includes up to 20% travel to operating sites.
