ECLARO is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire PeopleSoft project supporting a public-sector organization in Seattle, Washington. The role manages project plans, schedules, risks, issues, status reporting, change requests, closeout documentation, consultant resources, and stakeholder communications, while leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with technical and executive stakeholders. Candidates need at least four years of PeopleSoft or Oracle Taleo project management experience, relevant project-management certification, familiarity with structured methodologies and Microsoft Project, and knowledge of IT governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance. The pay rate is $105 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility through ECLARO.
