ELATEC is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex technical development projects from product idea through market launch, covering hardware, firmware, embedded software, and IoT products. The role manages project plans, resources, schedules, costs, quality, risks, dependencies, and interfaces; coordinates international cross-functional teams; supports project managers and teams; and leads reviews and market-launch activities. Candidates need at least five years of technical project leadership experience, a relevant engineering or business degree, project-management and business-acumen skills, and negotiation-level English. The position offers flexible hours, up to 50% mobile working, and benefits including 30 vacation days, a €300 health budget, and a 30% employer pension contribution.
