Electrogrup S.A. is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to oversee EPC energy infrastructure projects. The role covers project planning, budget and schedule control, risk and resource management, site coordination, subcontractor supervision, quality and HSE compliance, stakeholder communication, procurement support, and project close-out. Candidates need technical higher education in electrical or energy fields, 3–5 years of EPC project management experience, high-voltage station experience, knowledge of electrical substation technologies and SCADA, a category B driving license, willingness to travel, and advanced English.
