Description
Emerald Blue Work/Space Services is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial furniture installation projects from planning through closeout. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, labor, site readiness, installation execution, quality, client communication, and project profitability. It requires at least two years of experience in a construction, commercial interiors, FF&E, facilities, architectural, AV, signage, flooring, or similar project-based environment, along with project management, negotiation, budgeting, Microsoft Office, and local travel capabilities. Compensation is $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, paid time off, sick time, and a 401(k) match.
