Description
The Enterprise Project Manager will lead the final implementation, testing, and close-out of three software modules for the Emphasys database platform supporting the Housing Finance and Development Division. The role coordinates internal teams, the vendor, leadership, and external partners; develops project plans and milestones; monitors progress and risks; ensures compliance with housing finance regulations; and serves as the primary liaison. It is a hybrid position in Atlanta with at least two office days per week, an 8-hour workday, and a stated 10-month duration that may extend to 12 months.
