Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead enterprise-level finance transformation initiatives, including financial systems modernization, ERP implementations or upgrades, and process re-engineering. The role manages integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, change management, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 8–12+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs, and experience in regulated environments such as public sector, FFRDC, or government contracting. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Lexington, Massachusetts, with a secret clearance requirement.
