Description
Enercon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technological projects from initiation through customer delivery. The role oversees work plans and schedules, cross-functional project execution, risk management, procurement and supply coordination, milestone tracking, and customer communication. Mandatory qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field, at least two years of project management or PMO experience in hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems, experience in manufacturing or the defense industry, proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project, and fluent English. Strong engineering understanding, system-level knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and customer-facing communication are also emphasized.
