Description
The EOHHS IT CTO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects supporting business-driven, customer-service-oriented IT services across the Secretariat. The role involves developing project plans, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, managing dependencies and release schedules, overseeing quality, risk, change, testing, and remediation activities, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of IT experience, at least 8 years in a project management role, and at least 5 years managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
