Description
The EOHHS IT CTO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage MassHealth IT projects for the Secretariat. The role involves developing project plans, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, managing dependencies and release schedules, monitoring risks and quality, executing testing and change-control processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of IT experience, at least 8 years in a project management role, and at least 5 years managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
