BMS Maschinenfabrik is hiring a Project Manager to own custom special-purpose machine projects from order clarification through defect-free customer handover. The role manages projects technically, commercially, and on schedule; monitors progress and risks; coordinates interdisciplinary teams; reports to customers and executive management; and serves as the central customer contact. Candidates need a degree in engineering or comparable technical training, several years of project management experience, strong technical and commercial judgment, German and English fluency, and willingness to work occasionally on construction sites in Germany and abroad.
