Erickson-Hall Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Norwalk, CA. This full-time, employee-owned company is a Nationwide and Multi-Regional Top Workplace of 2025. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client expectations, providing project leadership, controlling project documents, managing cost proposals and change orders, developing budgets, handling project accounting functions, managing submittals and RFIs, developing CPM schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, designers, owners, and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have commercial and/or public works experience managing construction projects, a four-year degree in construction management or a related field, a strong understanding of construction methods and regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
