EXP is hiring a Project Manager for its Science and Technology team in Chicago to manage and supervise construction projects from design preparation through completion. The role coordinates estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, scheduling, subcontractors, vendors, insurance, safety, payments, change orders, reporting, and project staff, while serving as the company representative to the owner and architect. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience, plus 15+ years of construction project management experience; industrial, life science, cleanroom, commissioning, and validation experience is a plus. The salary range is $150,000 to $200,000, with health insurance and other benefits for full-time employees.
