FCL Builders is hiring a Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, scopes, contracts, change orders, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, safety, quality, permits, and project documentation; serves as the primary contact for owners; and mentors Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and at least five years managing $5M–$30M+ projects.
