FirstLight is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications projects focused on network growth and maintenance. The role manages the full project lifecycle, coordinates engineering, field operations, construction, and provisioning teams, oversees dark and lit fiber, voice, and data center/colocation implementations, and supports customer and stakeholder communication. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in telecommunications, construction, or related infrastructure industries, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
