FlowX.AI is hiring a client-facing Project Manager in Bucharest to lead complex, multi-month AI-driven and agentic AI projects from initiation through delivery and optimization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages client expectations and stakeholder relationships, drives Agile delivery and issue resolution, oversees multi-agent workflows and integrations, and identifies opportunities to expand client partnerships. Candidates should have at least seven years of complex project management experience, a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles, and strong delivery, communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
