Fortinet is hiring a Project Manager to work directly with R&D, Customer Support, and Sales teams on critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution. The individual contributor will manage field escalations, understand customer feature requirements and issues, and track projects to solution delivery. The role requires prior project management, technical support, software development, or QA experience; a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline; experience with complex customer escalations; and knowledge of network and security technologies. The full-time U.S. base salary is $136,000-$166,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and equity benefits.
