Description
The employer is hiring a Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects involving façade systems, aluminum and PVC joinery, and other commercial and residential construction solutions. Responsibilities include contract and documentation analysis, project planning and scheduling, resource and procurement coordination, subcontractor and production-order management, site monitoring, corrective-action implementation, and financial reporting. The role requires higher education in civil engineering or a related technical field, at least three years of construction project management experience, proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, strong organizational and negotiation skills, a Category B driver's license, and English proficiency.
