The role covers project planning, safety and CDM compliance, stakeholder and commercial management, supply chain and construction team leadership, risk and quality oversight, reporting, and team performance. Candidates should have proven experience managing multiple teams, strong project management and communication skills, CDM knowledge, a CSCS card, Office 365, planning-tool knowledge, and the ability to pass an EL1 security clearance and Enhanced DBS check. The position may involve travel across multiple sites and projects in the region and offers flexible working arrangements.
