GateSource HR is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in the Bayer Process to oversee and optimize a large-scale alumina refining operation. This role involves leading daily operations, ensuring continuous production, managing various processing circuits, optimizing energy systems, improving plant reliability, supervising residue handling, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, implementing risk management, and acting as a primary contact with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess direct operational responsibility for Bayer Process alumina refining, proven experience in managing 24/7 plant operations, strong expertise in energy management, demonstrated experience with Red Mud handling, and a track record of leadership in heavy industrial production settings with a robust safety culture.
