Description
The Project Manager will lead projects from scope definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, coordinating stakeholders across product development, industrialization, production, marketing, sales, and services. The role owns project plans, schedules, budgets, roadmaps, deliverables, risks, change management, resource needs, reporting, and project closure, while supporting Lean/Agile process improvements. It requires a BS in related engineering or project management, three years of product development experience, and five years of cross-functional team leadership experience.
