Description
gsub is hiring a Project Manager for funding projects covering inclusion, employment, urban development, and social affairs. The role manages projects through application, implementation, reporting, and close-out; leads employees; advises on funding programs; coordinates stakeholders; acquires projects; controls contracts and invoices; and supports process and workforce development. It is a fixed-term position starting 01/08/2026 for two years, with part-time possible, based in Berlin, and pays €4,600–€5,000 gross per month for full-time equivalent. Applicants need relevant grant-administration experience, project and team leadership experience, knowledge of German and EU budget regulations, and experience with digital project tools and AI.
