The Beck Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million or larger scopes. The role oversees project financials, schedules, risk management, quality, cost forecasting, contract administration, change orders, value engineering, and client and subcontractor relationships, while supervising Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant commercial construction experience, higher education and life science experience, a relevant college degree, and project leadership experience; construction technology and estimator experience are preferred.
