Description
Holt Construction is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee one or more construction projects from conception through completion. The role manages project plans, schedules, permits, procurement, subcontractors, quality, change orders, financial reporting, closeout, and contractual compliance while coordinating with internal teams, owners, design teams, and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, 4–7 years of construction or project management experience, at least 3 years in an APM or similar role, and knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Procore.
