Description
The Developer Partnerships Project Manager will manage partner onboarding and ongoing process development, implement partner projects, document workflows and RACI charts, coordinate stakeholders, optimize third-party and internal processes, and report project status. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience, at least five years of relevant project management experience, process improvement, reporting and ROI analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of cable, telecommunications, billing, dispatch systems, Salesforce, and field operations.
