Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 5-7 years of general contracting experience
Extensive experience and knowledge of Construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, document administration, and a thorough understanding of industry practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LEED certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with scheduling software like Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam.
Previous experience managing employees.
