Description
The NPI Program Manager leads and coordinates new-product and program-introduction activities, manages the Plan of Record, communicates status to internal and customer stakeholders, develops transition processes, and ensures commercial and technical issues are resolved on schedule. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical, manufacturing-management, or related field, four years of program-management or technical or commercial experience, and the ability to work across shifts as needed. Cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, project management, and continuous improvement are preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.
