HR Green is hiring a Project Manager to lead roadway engineering projects across Arizona, including corridor improvements, arterial design, and intersection reconstruction. The role manages projects from concept through construction, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and clients, oversees scope, schedule, budget, and delivery, mentors engineering staff, and supports business development and client relationships. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, an Arizona Professional Engineer license, at least eight years of roadway design experience, and familiarity with roadway design tools.
