Description
HydroGraph is hiring a full-time Project Manager - Operations to plan, budget, and execute advanced manufacturing projects, including new product introduction, new designs, improvements, facility improvements, and site expansions. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, coordinates vendors and suppliers, documents project decisions, applies Stage-Gate methodology, and escalates risks and issues. It requires a bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience, at least 5 years of project management experience, and regular presence on a chemical or process manufacturing plant floor.
