Description
The Project Manager I will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, quality, and safety compliance. The role manages schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, project teams, stakeholder relationships, site visits, cost monitoring, and project challenges, while mentoring Associate Project Managers and Project Engineers. Candidates need 4–6 years of construction project management or related experience, knowledge of scheduling and budget management, contract and subcontractor experience, safety and compliance knowledge, project-management software proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.
